Ciao from beautiful Florence, Italy! As a lover of Italian culture and history, finding a hotel that embodies the essence of our heritage is always a true delight. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and kindness of the staff made me feel right at home. the stunning views of the valley from the hotel were a constant reminder of the beauty of Sardinia. the restaurant, though not traditional Sardinian cuisine, offered a culinary experience like no other, showcasing locally farmed ingredients with a Michelin-style twist. The attention to detail in the well-equipped rooms, the impeccable service, and the overall ambiance of the hotel left me truly impressed. It was a weekend filled with incredible food, fantastic company, and unforgettable memories. Grazie mille for a truly wonderful stay!
